Hello dancers!! This is just my weekly update. I have thought of some “across the room” exercises, but this week I want to start the bar exercises. These exercises will be to strengthen your stomach and legs, as well as improve your technique. I hopefully will have those done by the end of this week and then I can start on the “centre” exercises next week. School is approaching so fast and it is making me so excited to meet you all!
