Hi everyone, I hope you all have plans for the long weekend. In my previous post I said that I wanted to finish the UTMs Got Talent choreography by today, but things came up and unfortunately I will be unable to do that! I have just completed the seventh song in our UTMs Got Talent performance and its a killer!! But, as I said yesterday, I know everyone will be able to complete it! I have the eighth song in mind and will be choreographing either tomorrow or Thursday and by Friday I will have the whole performance done. I am super excited!! I have finished choreographing half of the sixth song in our UTMs Got Talent performance and let me just tell you its a wee bit tiring! I have every confidence that everyone who joins our team will be able to do this choreography no problem though, maybe not at the beginning of the year, but definitely when it is time to perform this piece! Remember, not only is Euphoria about performing but its also about learning dance technique which includes stamina training. I want everyone who joins my club to be able to not only get the fun experience out of it, but also improve their dance training! – Morgan
Hi everyone, I am super excited to say that after a while of looking I have finally found the perfect seventh song for our UTMs Got Talent performance! I will not be telling you what it is since I want everything to be a surprise, but I will let you know that it is a hip hop song! The beginning of the dance is also hip hop, but the middle is filled with jazz and lyrical so I decided I needed to add some more hip hop to the dance. I have had a couple people ask me about hip hop so I want to make sure I am meeting everyone’s expectations! Hello everyone, if you haven’t already seen on the Facebook page, at the beginning of the first semester you will be able to put Euphoria on your co-curricular record. At the beginning of the September I will be taking a training course so that the people in my club can not only have a great time, but have something to show for it. You can print off your co-curricular record and attach it to your resume to show employers that you are a well rounded individual. I am super excited to have my club be apart of this and I hope you guys take this opportunity and run with it, because it will really help you out in the future! – xoxo Morgan
Hello dancers! As I posted on the Facebook page, Euphoria now has a performance outside of UTM at Anica. It is a retirement home located at the City Centre in Mississauga. As I noted earlier, you do not have to participate in the outside performances, but it would be very nice if everyone would participate in the performances at the school. I got distracted by a puzzle (whoops) and didn’t do any choreography, but I promise that I will choreograph today, as I want this choreography to be done by the 31st! Howdy y’all! Just came back from the cottage and feeling great, which means it is time to start up choreography again!! Unfortunately, I am super busy tomorrow but Wednesday I will be starting the choreography for the sixth song for our UTMs Got Talent performance! I am so excited to have all this choreography over and done with, but I am even more excited to teach you guys everything! Hello dancers! Sorry about not posting anything the past couple of days, nothing has been happening behind the scenes choreography wise nor anything else for that matter! I took a little bit of a break this week from choreography and will not be resuming it until next week. I will begin to post next week on how the choreography is going! Sorry for not posting yesterday, I hope you all enjoyed the sunshine I know I did! Anyway, on Friday I cut and edited the six songs that I have so far for the UTMs Got Talent rehearsal!
